Okay! Here's a guide for all of you wanting to do fletching!
1) Buy a knife! Herquin sells them at home.
2) Buy a bunch of normal logs! Herquin also sells them.
3) Use the knife on the logs and get arrow shafts!
That's the way I did it. Arrow shafts give the same amount of exp as magic bows and other bows. It's just easier to make a whole bunch of arrow shafts then clicking 3 times for a inventory of magic logs.
