can we make official ::war rules?

Hi, I'm Daniel aka Your Magesty, well I've been supervising ::war recently and seeing how people act, i made a simple 3 strikes out system. When people break rules i tele to them and tell them why they were put on my strike 1,2, or 3 list, and warn not to do it again... Well recently more people have been complaining that ::war rules aren't fair at all, i.e no teleporting.. people seem to hate that one... well I'm not here to change any rules or question anyone, I'm simply asking if there can be an official ::war rules list.. there are 2 currently.

Personally, i think the war rules should be as follows and the consequences for them..


1. No Pjing (1 warning then 1 day ban)
2. Do NOT pk someone if they are banking (2 warnings then 1 day ban)
3. Do not rush if you are a pure (2 warnings then 1 day ban)
4. If you are over 100cb do not rush a pure(or non pure) under 100 cb (1 warning then 1 day ban)
5. Do not loot a kill which doesn't belong to you (1 warning then 1 day ban)
6. Do NOT tele out of a fight (2 warnings then 1 day ban)

D0wn3d war rules are in the rules section, your a mod you can;t change those rules.

Adam, can you clean it up a bit and list them in numbers or bullet points to make it look more proffessional?

if they are going to be the main rules, may aswell be done as tidy as possible and clear to understand.
