new updated rules for ::war

ok here are some new updated rules for ::war since people like to complain.

ok if u break any of these rules u will be warned depending on how serious the matter is. if caught u will receive 3 warnings. after u receive 3 warnings its ban.

1) most important rule is no x logging if found u will be banned.(this has no warnings, u will be banned on first sight of proof.)

2) no glitching this includes d bow glitching and claw glitching.(2 warnings after that its ban)

3) rushing is allowed to the extent that u rush some1 within a 15 level radius, if you are 126 this means u can only attack 111-126 levels while rushing, same goes for every combat level. also rushing with prayer is 1 warning.

4) dont loot if found looting u will be warned to give back the loot if u disobey u will be banned.

5) no level 3s at war it just makes a bunch of confusion at war with looters.

6)do not pj people whether they are in a fight or looting there kill it will be counted as 1 warning.

7) teleing from fight is ok it just makes u look like a noob who cant pk because in real rs it would be the same as running away into the bank, would u like it if rs decided to make it so u cant run from a fight and ur risking everything?

do not invis pk and please do not 3 item. it makes u look worthless and is just plain stupid because who are u going to kill with 3 items.

everything else that does not have its own punishment has 1 warning. if u disobey these rules u will receive the ammount of warnings for the offense that u have committed.

thank you and please follow these rules, i do not wish to see any1 breaking the rules and being penalized for it.
