| you can make your own customised template, as long as it follows the key aspects, try using this one:

What would you do to help:
maybe add a couple more, also add more detail.
but 1st, I think you should wait until you have been playing for a couple of months because otherwise you'll just be wasting your time making applications which will be rejected as you don't have much experience with the server. | |
