Please tell them bandos cape is illegal to pk with i got one hit koed the whole time this is to sad and we cant go bandos becuz theres always anyone that got bandos cape and with duals and things this is not really fair lol

graardor with it is acceptable. if people couldn't duel/kill graardor, it'd be worthless.

The str bonus of it was adrians mistake. He added one 0 to much in it so it made those players who had it to hit very high hits like 100+. So now it's fixed and you doesn't have to worry about it anymore.
