Shoutbox / Chatbox

Adrian should add a shoutbox / chatbox on the forums. If the server is off people may post there some messages..but it can be also for fun:D

its at the very bottom but it doesnt work
and that might make it really laggy
cause some websites have it and its lagggggy

yeah ive noticed the lag time with chatbox.
maybe put a chatbox on runelocus? :]

chat box there might make it laggy there
but it helps them talk to people about the game
if anyone else is viewing it.
