um 1st u guys mite not get staff cuz ur swearing like hell on the forums and spamming it. also i gave thrall a chance 2 give me his mask and i have permission 2 take them because there donator only items this is what i do. Ask may i have your mask its donator only(or i just say let me on ur account for a account check itll take 30seconds or so) i give them about 10seonds 2 respond after the time is up i give the person a final chance by saying give me the mask(or pass) or ban (not ip....i hardly ip ppl). Then you can take up ur complaint or wut ever up with adrian latter on or seth just doing meh job ^^.
